HOW TO RUN:
Frame one: This is vital for the loop. If you dont loop it with this as your frame, you will not have a good run. Have one foot at a right angle on iths knee joint, going across the other leg.

Frame two: Have him/her start a mini jump, slightly unbending its back upward. It sort of looks like a mario jump right now.

Frame three: Start easing the leg to a stop and extend the leg forward a bit. Keep unbending the back. The back leg should be bending in.

Frame four: ease it a bit more and extend a bit more. Bend the back leg a bit more, unbend the back a bit more.

Frame five: start easing the legs the other way, keep extending the front, bending the back leg, start bending the back downward.

Frame 6: Bend the fornt in a bit, bend the back in more, back is going down.
